Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic NZ delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Rural addresses may take an additional 1–2 days. International orders generally take 7–21 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to selected international destinations. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes in their country.

Will I receive tracking for my order?

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Yes! You can cleanse your crystals by placing them in moonlight overnight, using sound (singing bowls), or smudging with sage. Avoid water cleansing for softer stones.

Are your products suitable as gifts?

Absolutely! Our crystal jewellery makes a meaningful and beautiful gift. All orders are carefully packaged. If you'd like a personalised note included, simply leave a message in the order notes at checkout.

Materials & Allergies

What materials are used in your jewellery?

Our jewellery features natural crystals set on gold or silver plated metal components. Plated metals have a base metal (such as brass or copper) coated with a thin layer of gold or silver.

Can I wear your jewellery if I have sensitive skin or metal allergies?

We recommend caution if you have known metal allergies or sensitive skin. As our pieces use plated metals, some individuals — particularly those sensitive to brass, copper, or nickel — may experience skin reactions such as redness, itching, or discolouration of the skin over time.

To minimise the risk of irritation:

  • Avoid wearing jewellery for extended periods, especially in hot or humid conditions
  • Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
  • Keep jewellery dry and away from lotions, perfumes, and sweat

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as other payment methods available at checkout including Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely.

Is it safe to enter my payment details on your website?

Yes, our store is hosted on Shopify, which uses industry-standard SSL encryption to keep your payment information secure. We do not store your card details.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original packaging. Please contact us at loveauraarc@gmail.com to initiate a return.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at loveauraarc@gmail.com with photos of the damage and we will resolve it promptly.
