REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Aura & Arc, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a return or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligibility

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging
• We do not accept returns on items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Process To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at your store email with your order number and reason for return.

As our pieces are crafted using natural gemstones, each item is unique. Variations in colour, pattern, size, and texture are a natural characteristic of genuine crystals and are not considered defects. These beautiful imperfections are what make your piece truly one of a kind.

 

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery .

To help us resolve any issues as quickly as possible, we kindly ask that you film a short video when unboxing your order. This allows us to assess any damage or discrepancies and process your claim efficiently. we will arrange a replacement or full refund with return at no cost to you.

For hygiene reasons, earrings and certain personal accessories are non-returnable unless faulty.
