2. Products We take great care to accurately display our products, including colours and descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that your device screen will display colours exactly as they appear in person. All crystal and gemstone products are natural and may vary slightly in colour, pattern, and size — this is part of their unique beauty.
3. Pricing All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if a pricing error has occurred.
4. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major payment methods available through Shopify Payments.
5. Shipping We currently ship within New Zealand only. Orders are processed and dispatched within 5-6 business days. Free shipping is available on orders of $89.00 NZD and over. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details.
6. Returns & Exchanges Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order, provided items are unused and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Items that have been used, worn, or damaged by the customer will not be accepted. Please refer to our Refund & Exchange Policy for full details.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this website, including images, logos, text, and product photos, is the property of Aura & Arc and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability (updated) Aura & Arc is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. This includes but is not limited to any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse reactions to materials used in our products.
9. Privacy Your personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described.
10. Governing Law These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

12. Allergy & Sensitivity Disclaimer Some of our jewellery products contain metal-plated components, including spacer beads and charms. These materials may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in individuals with metal sensitivities or allergies.

- It is the customer's responsibility to review product materials before purchasing
- Aura & Arc strongly advises customers with known metal allergies or sensitivities to carefully consider their purchase
- Aura & Arc is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or adverse effects resulting from wearing our products
- Any costs associated with allergic reactions or medical treatment are the sole responsibility of the customer
- Products cannot be returned or refunded on the basis of an allergic reaction
