Shipping

We ship all orders from Christchurch, New Zealand.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Domestic Shipping (New Zealand)

We offer standard and tracked shipping within New Zealand. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Rural delivery may take an additional 1–2 business days.

International Shipping

We currently ship to selected international destinations. International delivery times vary by location, typically 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Policy

We want you to love your Aura & Arc piece. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at loveauraarc@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
